What are your standard lead times?
Orders over 10 parts are manufactured in 7-10 business days. Orders 9 parts or under are manufactured in 5-7 business days.
What is 3D Laminate?
3d Laminate is a PVC material which is thermoformed to the profile of an underlying engineered wood core such as medium-density fiberboard. Click Here For Instructions On How To Care For It.
What is MDF?
Medium Density Fiberboard – MDF is an engineered wood product made by breaking down hardwood or softwood residuals into wood fibers, combining it with wax and a resin binder, and forming panels by applying high temperature and pressure. MDF is generally denser than plywood. It is stronger and much denser than particle board. The back side of the panel is typically covered in melamine.
What is Melamine?
Melamine is a paper product that is saturated with resins to make it durable. It is applied to the backside of the MDF board that we use for our thermofoil components. White melamine backs are standard for all colors. “Matching” backs are available for some colors. Verify availability.
What are the minimum and maximum sizes?
Overall Maximum sizes for components is 4’ x 8’. The size minimums and maximums on our specific door styles are listed in each individual door page or in the catalog
Do you offer Hinge Boring?
Yes, hinge boring is available. Click here to see our Offerings.
Do you sell hinges?
No, Doormark does not offer hinges.
What is the thickness of the doors/drawers?
The thickness of our board is ¾” (19mm).
What glaze colors do you offer?
The Glazing color options are Dark Brown, Umber Brown, Black and Eggshell. Click here to see all of our offerings.
How do I care for/clean 3D Laminate?

How do you package and ship?
Orders are packaged in boxes and shipped either by UPS or LTL (common carrier), depending on the size of the order.
Are finger pulls available?
Yes, finger pulls are available.
Do you offer a “rush” or expedite charge service?
Doormark does not offer a “rush” service. Orders less then 10 parts are given a 5-7 business day lead time.
Can you use 3D Laminate outdoors?
It is not recommended to use 3D Laminate outdoors.
Who do you sell to?
Typically Doormark sells to businesses that manufacture and/or install kitchens, closets, or bathrooms. Doormark does not sell retail.
Do you have HPL or edge banding for all of your colors?
There is laminate available for all of the colors that Doormark offers. Most are available as an HPL (high pressure laminate) and all are available as 3D Laminate on phenolic. Edge banding is available for most colors through many distributors.
